Borough Councillor Paul Leadbetter has organised a second year of Balsam Bashing along Sharratt’s Path. Himalayan Balsam is an extremely invasive weed & a single plant can spread its seeds 22ft away!
Please stop by to help out on Monday 20th June from 18:30 to help out, even if you can only spare 5 minutes it will make all the difference.
Everyone is to meet at the Charnock Richard end of the path and walk down to meet up with the rest of the group. More information can be found on the Facebook page.
