On Sunday 17th July over 2,400 athletes from over 40 countries will be coming to the local area to participate in the annual IRONMAN UK event. The event consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride & 26.2 miles of running. Part of a series of global events, the IRONMAN races are set to raise over £750,000 for charity this year!
