On 10th November the winners were announced for Charnock Richard’s Annual Best Kept Garden Competition. The evening was held in the Football Club on Charter Lane & the awards were presented by the Parish Council Chairman Mel Almond & the Mayor of Chorley, Mrs. Doreen Dickinson.
