The following roads will be closed overnight between 7:00pm Thursday 17th October, until 4:00am Friday 18th October 2024, or until completion of the works within this period.
- Butterworth Brow, between Yarrow Valley Way & the junction of Birkacre Road.
- Birkacre Road, between Butterworth Brow & Coppull Road.
Vehicular access for residents will be maintained whenever and wherever possible. Pedestrian access to properties will always be maintained.
The temporary closures are necessary to facilitate in ENW vegetation management works to be carried out.
A diversion around the closure is:-
B5252 Yarrow Valley Way – B5251 Coppull Road – Birkacre Road – Birkacre Brow – Chapel Lane – Coppull Hall Lane – Green Lane – Coppull Moor Lane – A49 Preston Road – Chorley Lane and vice versa.
