Lancashire County Council are currently in the process of reviewing our 0-19s Health Visiting and School Nursing service.
As part of the engagement process, they would like to know more about parents’ views and experiences with the Health Visiting service. They have created a questionnaire for parents to complete and the submissions received will be crucial in helping to shape the future of the health visiting service in Lancashire.
